Doors are pre-machined with latch, bath lock, and lift on hinges ready for your choice of handles saving you time on site.
Interior fire doorsets combine any of our standard or bespoke doors and arrive pre-assembled in a frame ready for installation in as little as 20 minutes.

Performance & Certification
1. Door
– Non-fire, FD30 44mm and FD60 54mm door core options.
– Available in moulded, paint grade, veneer, foil and laminate door finishes.
– Available in standard or bespoke sizes up to 1240mm wide x 2700 mm high.
– You can also add glazing panels either within the door or around it.
2. Door Frame
– 30mm thick moisture-resistant MDF lining.
– 32mm x 12mm stop supplied loose pinned.
– Optional 25mm thick MDF frames.
– Primed or lacquered timber frames available.
3. Hinges
– 3 fitted lift off steel hinges.
– Optional butt hinges.
4. Ironmongery
– Pre-fitted robust tubular latch or bath lock and keep.
– Door handles can be supplied.
Intumescent, Smoke & Acoustic Seals
Supplied with fire, smoke and acoustic seals as required.
5. Drop Seal
Optional automatic concealed acoustic and smoke drop seal fitted to door base.
6. Optional Architrave
Various styles – Torus, Pencil Round 1, Double Pencil Round and Ogee in a variety of sizes and finishes

CE marked lift off and butt hinges. Grades 11 & 13.
4. Ironmongery
