Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully, as they outline how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. Manufacturing Defects

• Any manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
• Refunds or replacements will be provided if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

  To help us assess quickly, please send clear photographs by email.

  Alterations to Goods

• Once any alterations have been made to your doors — including hanging, milling for ironmongery, or resizing to fit an opening — the goods are deemed accepted and are non-returnable.

2. Cancellations & Restocking Charges

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of being placed will not incur any charges.
• Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, as doors are supplied to us by an external supplier.
• Bespoke or custom-manufactured doors (e.g., laminate doors) are fully chargeable if cancelled more than 48 hours after ordering, as materials are ordered on a job-by-job basis.

3. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)

• If your order qualifies under the Distance Selling Regulations (i.e., where there has been no face-to-face contact and the customer has not had an opportunity to view the products), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
• Cancellations must be notified to us in writing (by email or post) within this period.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation.
• Please note:
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • We recommend insuring goods being returned, as they must arrive undamaged and suitably packaged.
• DSR does not apply to:
  • Made-to-measure, bespoke, or special-order doors.
  • Products manufactured to your specification.

4. Limitations of Liability

• In the event of a confirmed fault, we will, at our discretion, either replace, rectify, or refund the product.
• We cannot be held responsible for consequential losses such as costs of re-hanging, re-machining, builder/carpentry fees, or other associated expenses.
