Lorient's LAS8003 si is a slimline, face-fixed or semi-mortised automatic drop seal. It features a high-efficiency mechanism that lifts the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres, resulting in lower door operating forces. This is designed to be surface-mounted which is suitable for upgrading existing doors.

This needs no power connection and is self-levelling on uneven floors. The seal height can be adjusted independently of any fixing screws.
